Plum Announces VoiceXL Call Enhancement for the Plum VoiceXML 2.x IVR Platform

BOSTON, April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Plum Voice Portals, provider of advanced VoiceXML IVR platforms, gateways, as well as managed and hosted IVR systems, announced today the enhancement of their Plum VoiceXML 2.x IVR platform with the ability to optimize dialogue speed to best suit the pace of each individual caller.
The feature, called VoiceXL(TM), is an add-on software option that can be implemented for any voice application. The product monitors caller's responses to VoiceXML applications, noting the speed and accuracy of caller feedback, and adjusts voice playback (words per minute spoken) and/or voice content accordingly. This personalizes the VUI for every call to the application in real-time. VoiceXL(TM), created by Interactive Digital, is a patented solution.
