Headwaters MB selects InterAction CRM solution

The InterAction CRM solution from LexisNexis Interface Software (LNIS), a provider of CRM solutions, has been selected by Headwaters MB, a middle market merchant bank based in Denver in the US.
Headwaters MB advises companies with enterprise values of between USD20 and US300m in investment banking transactions. It intends to use InterAction as the front-end software in the ongoing development of its proprietary relationship database and will also introduce InterAction to its offices in Atlanta, Boston and Jacksonville, Florida.
Employees of Headwaters MB can use InterAction's Relationship Intelligence functionality, including Who Knows Whom, to determine who has current relationships with a contact, and the nature and history of the relationship. The bank is also implementing the InterAction Opportunities module, which is expected to enable it to manage deals and opportunities more efficiently and track progress against forecasts and goals.
Headwaters MB required a system to enable information sharing across the company and said InterAction allows its senior bankers to institutionalise knowledge and improves track opportunities for business development. It worked with Swimfish, a management and technology consultancy, to select and implement InterAction and claimed the software has helped increase and improve communication with its clients.
