eBillingHub First to Deliver Real Time eBilling Information to Law Firms with New Dashboard Capability

PITTSBURGH --(Business Wire)-- eBillingHub(R), the leader in simplifying law firm electronic billing, today announced the general availability of its Dashboard functionality that provides law firms with 'at your fingertips', real-time information regarding the status of the processing of their eBills. With the delivery of the eBillingHub Dashboard, firms gain visibility to the status of all their eBills from one place, instantaneously. Information such as 'billing activity' and 'rejection levels' can be simply retrieved without having to log onto to various eBilling vendors portals, avoiding the need to manually aggregate information on spreadsheets, which leads to errors and delays. In addition the firm announced the ability to take this information and export it to standard file formats so that it could be analyzed by other applications such as Excel. In addition, earlier in the year, eBilling announced an initiative to integrate its data to Redwood Analytics, and this export of eBilling data is a first step.

eBillingHub's flagship product, the eBillingHub, delivers the promise of legal eBilling by speeding up the collection process, reducing the complexity of submissions, eliminating billing backlogs and common submission errors, as well minimizing or eliminating the need for additional staff related to electronic billing. This all results in improved cash flow, increased partner distributions, and enhanced client service.

"All law firms are experiencing growth in their electronic billing and are concurrently realizing that they lack the visibility they need into the status of these eBills to manage the finances of their firms correctly," said Greg Coticchia, CEO of the eBillingHub. "With the eBillingHub Dashboard capability, law firm CFOs, as well as Billing Managers, and those responsible for Account Receivable, can now instantly see the status of their eBills, allowing for better, faster and more accurate decision making."

"We look forward to using the eBillingHub Dashboards in our firm," stated Michael Landymore, CFO of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P. 'We submit over 1,000 e-bills each month. Having a reliable, consistent, and single method to view the status of our eBilling activities will be a great benefit to us."

eBillingHub uses SOA/Web Services standards for it integration to practice management systems such as Thomson (NYSE:TOC) Elite and ProLaw, ADERANT and others, since its release in 2004. With hundreds of customers and services providers using it eBillingHub and its Free LEDES Toolkit, the eBillingHub is often considered a de facto standard for legal eBilling.
