Oslo, Norway - July 1, 2008 - Opera Software today announced that ASUSTeK Computer Inc., a leading manufacturer based in Taiwan, has selected Opera Mobile 9.5 for upcoming handsets. As part of the agreement, ASUS will make Opera Mobile 9.5 the default browser on future Windows Mobile devices.

The current agreement extends a longstanding partnership between Opera and ASUS. In February 2007, Opera announced that it would deliver Opera Mobile 8.65 on the ASUS 1210 for Vodafone International and the VDA IV for Vodafone Germany.
Opera Software will receive license, support and development fees in accordance with the agreement between Opera and the customer.
