John Enoch - expert in access networks including NGA technologies such as FTTH John Enoch has 34 years' experience within BT from apprentice to senior manager, followed by 10 years as the UK Vice President of a telecoms equipment supplier. He has advised several telecoms manufacturers about their FTTH operational strategy. Undertaking the role of General Manager Access at BT, he had national responsibility for a multi-million pound capital spend and a brief to implement a "World Class Access Network." He also led a team of BT senior managers carrying out a strategic study of the Access Network requested by the BT Main Board, and he was BT District Manager Access for East Anglia serving 3M customers, with a team of over 2000 people and exacting Quality of Service targets.
