EPIX Kicks Off 2013 with the Worldwide Premiere of The Hunger Games
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
Premium network EPIX starts the New Year in a big way with the world
television premiere of one of the most celebrated films of 2012, The
Hunger Games. The hugely popular movie is great family fun, earning
a colossal $686.5 million around the world since its late-March premiere
and grossing $408.0 million at the North American box office. It is
currently the 3rd largest U.S. film of the year and ranked 13th
among the all time highest grossing films.
WHAT: The television premiere of The Hunger Games
WHEN: January 1, at 12 Noon ET and at 8PM ET with an encore
presentation on January 4 at 8PM ET hosted by Seneca Crane
himself, Wes Bentley, during an EPIX free preview weekend for all
