Universal's "Fifty Shades of Grey" remains a staggering worldwide phenomenon with $486.2 million to-date after adding nearly $50 million in 60 territories as it tops the global chart again this weekend. The modestly budgeted erotic drama will cross the $500 million mark globally this week making it one of the most profitable films released over the past year.

In North American action, Will Smith grabs the 14th number one debut of his career as he co-stars with rising star Margot Robbie in Warner Bros.' R-rated comedy caper "Focus" which snatched $18.7 million to top the domestic chart and $31.3 million to take the third spot globally.

It was a great week on the small screen for Fox's "Gone Girl" as the gripping thriller starring Ben Affleck and Academy Award® nominee Rosamund Pike tops the DVD and Blu-ray rentals chart (followed by Sony's Brad Pitt WWII tank drama "Fury") and grabs the second spot on the digital movie purchases and rentals chart just behind the Keanu Reeves action drama "John Wick," that maintains the number one position in its fifth week of release.

The DVD and Blu-ray sales chart sees a bevy of newcomers taking the top 5 spots led by Warner Bros.' "Game of Thrones: The Complete Fourth Season" followed by Universal's comedy sequel "Dumb and Dumber To" (which notably took the top spot on our Movies on Demand chart), Sony's "The Interview," Anchor Bay's "St. Vincent" and Fox's Best Picture Academy Award® winner "Birdman."

The Oscar action continues as Academy Award® winner for Best Actor Eddie Redmayne stars as the iconic physicist Stephen J. Hawking in niversal's "The Theory of Everything," which debuts at number two on our Movies on Demand chart.
