Shanghai Media Group, The Wall Street Journal and ZOL Named Official Media Partners for Inaugural CES Asia


The Consumer Electronics Association (News - Alert) (CEA)® today announced that Shanghai Media Group, The Wall Street Journal and ZOL have been named as official media partners for the 2015 International CES AsiaTM. The inaugural event is scheduled to run May 25-27 in Shanghai, China.

ZOL is the largest IT and digital portal site in North China with 120 million daily visitors and will produce the Best of CES Asia Awards. The inaugural CES Asia will take place at the Shanghai New Internaional Expo Centre (SNIEC) and will draw global businesses to showcase the latest products and technologies entering the Asian marketplace. From major global brands to innovative startups, the full breadth and depth of the Asian marketplace's innovation value-chain will be on display at CES Asia, which will span 20,000 gross square meters (8,500 net square meters) of exhibit space in its first year. CES Asia will feature the latest in 3D printing, robotics, wearables and other trends spanning 14 product categories.



CEA is co-producing CES Asia with Intex Shanghai Co., Ltd., a prominent producer of international tradeshows in China. Special co-organizers for CES Asia include the Chinese Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC) and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Product (CCCME).
