Zenger Folkman Coaching Video Wins Telly Award

Zenger Folkman has been honored with a Bronze Telly Award for their new training video, "A Coach Initiated Conversation." The Telly Awards annually recognize superior film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials/programs. The video selected for this Telly Award is one of several vignettes featured in Zenger Folkman's award-winning workshop, The Extraordinary Coach.

"Coaching is a skill where it is crucial to observe good examples," said Jack Zenger, CEO of Zenger Folkman. "We knew these videos woul become a critical learning tool for workshop attendees to reach those epiphanies that lead to significant change. We can talk about good coaching practices all day long, but modeling a seasoned coach in action is substantially more impactful."

In order for the video vignettes to be more believable, the workshop utilizes multiple scenarios that follow a story through a single organization. They present both receiver-initiated and coach-initiated examples.

A client of Zenger Folkman praised the new videos and stated: "The videos are nothing short of stunning! The production, writing, and acting quality was on par with what you would expect from studios like NBC and HBO...it was that good! In addition to their quality, they provided an energy lifting 'break from the norm' that participants fall into during most training sessions. I witnessed people getting energized, laughing, and/or cringing as the performances on the screen dictated."

Zenger Folkman is dedicated to providing research-proven leadership training programs to companies all over the world, ensuring that their leaders are extraordinary-and drive extraordinary results.
