Allconnect and Tucson Electric Power Partner to Save Consumers Time and Money

Allconnect, a national leader in connecting consumers with essential home services, today announced a new partnership with Tucson Electric Power (TEP) to offer its Move Advisor program to TEP's approximately 414,000 customers in southern Arizona. Move Advisor is a free, one-stop resource to receive personalized assistance with home service choices, saving consumers time and money.

TEP residential customers who call to transfer or establish service will have the opportunity to speak with an Allconnect home service advisor, who reviews the numerous home services options specifically available at their new address, including satellite TV, cable TV, Internet, phone, and home security systems. After discussing the plans, promotions and bundles available, the advisor then takes the order and schedules installation, providing end-to-end service.

Customers who transfer or establish service with TEP online will also have the opportunity to explore, compare and purchase home service options available at their new address through Allconnect's e-commerce platform.

"Our customers expect us to provide them with a great experience, and this program adds real value," said TEP Manager of Customer Service Tashonda Betts. "Instead of having them reach out to multiple service providers once we complete their request on the phone or online, we can link them to Allconnect so they are done setting up home services in one transaction. We think our customers really appreciate the convenience this offers."

Allconnect reaches more than 50 million U.S. households and is a national leader in connecting moving utility customers with essential home services. The partnership with TEP expands Allconnect's reach within Arizona, and continues the expansion of its national footprint among utility and energy customers and other affiliates.

"Our goal has always been to help customers navigate complex choices and make educated buying decisions," said Allconnect CEO Sam Howe. "Our utility and energy partnerships give us the ability to do that for consumers across the entire country, so we are excited to team up with TEP and bring our services to southern Arizona residents."
