ADC and Graybar Join Forces for Distribution of ADC's In-Building DAS Solutions

ADC has expanded its agreement with Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and related supply chain management and logistics services, to enable Graybar (News - Alert) to distribute ADC’s InterReach Fusion distributed antenna system (DAS) products.

Officials with ADC said that this agreement combines Graybar’s distribution and supply chain management prowess with the company’s DAS products to create a powerful combination in the market for in-building wireless systems.

ADC’s (News - Alert) DAS products are a compelling offering for major facilities that want to upgrade their wireless services, and we are pleased to be able to offer these products to our customers,” said Steve Stone, vice president of communication/data for Graybar, in a statement.

Stone said that ADC’s products are ideal for the healthcare and education markets, which are two key areas of focus for the company.

According to company officials, ADC’s agreement with Graybar provides for U.S. distribution of the InterReach Fusion products, which have enjoyed worldwide success.

Company officials said that ADC’s DAS products deliver high capacity, precision coverage, and cost-effective deployment, making them compelling solutions for stadiums, airports, hospitals, universities and other facilities where cellular coverage is subpar.

“The Graybar name is synonymous with a vast range of electrical products and systems, and we are proud to have them as an ally in our marketing effort,” said John Spindler, vice president of product management for ADC’s Network Solutions (News - Alert) business unit.

ADC provides the connections for wireline, wireless, cable, broadcast, and enterprise networks around the world.

ADC's network infrastructure equipment and professional services enable high-speed Internet, data, video, and voice services to residential, business and mobile subscribers.
