U-verse TV Packages Add Diversity to Florida Channel Lineup

With AT&T (News - Alert) adding Telemiami to AT&T U-verse, Television viewers in the Florida area are in for an advanced and enhanced television viewing experience.

All residential U-verse TV customers in the Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando and West Palm Beach markets will now have access to more than 50 hours of live local programming that includes news, entertainment shows and top rated programs from Spain's award-winning 'Antena 3 Internacional.' The programming will be shown on channel 20.

In a press release, Judith Prado, General Manager expressed great pleasure that AT&T U-verse customers in Florida would now have access to outstanding programming and hit shows. Like in the past, Telemiami would continue to offer programming that reflects the diversity and uniqueness of the Hispanic community.

The flexible U-verse packages offer value and a diverse channel lineup. Customers have the option to choose from Paquete Espanol or U200 Latino, which includes all the channels in Paquete Espanol and more than 220 English TV channels.

All U-verse TV customers will be able to watch a free preview of the Paquete Espanol package from May 13 through May 27.Tthose who select U200 Latino or bundle Paquete Espanol with any standard U-verse TV package will be able to save $10 monthly for a period of six months.

If U-verse High Speed Internet, U-verse Voice or AT&T wireless services are bundled with U-verse TV, then users will benefit from additional monthly savings.

Spanish language viewers will be able to view the guide and U-verse TV menu in Spanish with 'Help on Demand' feature activated for various content and features. Using the My Multiview app, Spanish customers can watch four favorite programs at the same time.

They can also manage and playback recorded programs on any U-verse connected TV and are entitled to in-language customer service and technical support. With the U-verse mobile, viewers not only manage home recordings but also watch hit TV shows on more than 14 devices.

Marshall Criser, president of AT&T Florida reiterated the company's commitment to providing the best customer experience and said, “With our large and diverse channel lineup, integrated features, great price and in-language support, U-verse TV is the clear choice for Florida customers.”

In a related news release, AT&T brought the U-verse application to Microsoft’s (News - Alert) Xbox 360 beginning on October 15th, 2010 for U-Verse customers.
