FiOS TV from Frontier Enhances Pac-12 Networks Coverage with New iPad App

Frontier Communications is offering more ways to watch your favorite TV shows and movies. Frontier Communications Corporation (FTR), an S&P 500 company, is delighted to announce that its Frontier FiOS (News - Alert) TV customers can now watch all seven live Pac-12 TV Networks on their iPads through the new Pac-12 Now app.

Now, the iPad users with superfast FiOS broadband speeds and in-home wireless router and great college sports offer the ultimate convenience to watch Pac-12 sports in, around and even away from home on the iPad.

The Pac-12 Networks are full-time native HD linear networks. These networks televise hundreds of live sporting events annually and provide 24/7 access to Pac-12 teams and universities.  

Additionally, viewers also switch over to all seven networks and enjoy multiple live events and can watch coverage not available on their regional television network.

In a statement, Rich Klena, SVP and GM for Washington and Oregon, Frontier Communications said, “Adding the iPad as another viewing platform further establishes FiOS TV from Frontier as the leader in providing the most comprehensive coverage of Pac-12 Networks in the Pacific Northwest.”

Pac-12 Networks and Frontier Communications will roll out experiences for iPhone (News - Alert) and Android users. It will allow more fans to watch Pac-12 Networks on the go with support for even more devices.  The Pac-12 Networks is a national network and six regional feeds. It will televise hundreds of live sporting events annually and provide 24/7 access to Pac-12 teams and universities.
