Time Warner Cable Partners with Ian James Poulter

Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable has given its Enjoy Sports Better initiative a boost by partnering with World Golf Champion, Ian James Poulter. The 37-year-old English golfer is a member of the U.S.-based PGA Tour and the European Tour.
He was previously ranked as high as fifth in the world rankings.
According to the partnership, Poulter will feature in a national advertising campaign for Enjoy Sports Better, and regularly appear at golf tournaments and exclusive opportunities with customers in Time Warner Cable markets.
“We’re tremendously pleased to have Ian partner with us in support of our Enjoy Sports Better campaign,” said Jeffrey A. Hirsch, EVP, chief marketing officer of Residential Services at Time Warner Cable. “He is widely regarded as one of the best putters in the game and without a doubt will also serve as an important voice for our customers who are passionate about all things golf.”

Time Warner Cable congratulated Victor Cruz, the company's spokesperson, for his Enjoy Sports Better campaign, selected to this season's Pro Bowl. The cable company encouraged customers to vote for Cruz across all online media platforms, including its YouTube (News - Alert) channel, Twitter and English and Spanish Facebook pages.
To help support Cruz in obtaining the maximum amount of votes, Time Warner Cable said it produced three videos designed to serve as a critical part of the overall social media Pro Bowl campaign.
