Air2Data to Help Lyfe Communications Exceed Customer Expectations

By Mini Swamy, TMCnet Contributor

Lyfe Communications, which develops, deploys and operates a proprietary converged network services platform, is growing rapidly and is on the way to claiming a top position in the private cable operator business. However, with growth comes the demands of catering to an expanded customer base and providing adequate customer service support.

In order to position itself to meet next-generation demands and exceed customer expectations, Lyfe Communications has reportedly sought the help Air2Data, which is well-known for its all-inclusive customer support services.

"We are very excited to have Air2Data and their highly experienced teams begin providing customer support for our fast-growing customer base,” commented Garrett Daw, executive vice president, operations at Lyfe Communications.

Air2Data, which has been providing customer service support for over 13 years, is expected to provide Lyfe with the additional and necessary support to accomplish its initiatives, as well as assist in its expansion plans.

For starters,  Air2Data will apparently begin by providing call center, technical and billing support as well as network operations for LYFE's existing customers and future customer base. While Lyfe Communications will surely benefit, this will also be a wonderful opportunity for Air2Data to grow its business.

With more than 40,000 customers, including over 400 properties in the United States and Canada, customer satisfaction has always been a priority for Air2Data, and the partnership with Lyfe Communications is another chance to prove its worth.

“The satisfaction of our customers, the ability to meet their next generation media needs, and exceed their expectations is of the utmost importance to our Company and our team. We look forward to their valuable contributions in the time ahead," noted Daw.
