By Meenakshi Shankar, TMCnet Contributor

Enlace Colombia, a provider of TV programming and marketing strategies serving the city of Bogota, Colombia, recently signed a deal with TelOnline (News - Alert), a partner of Digium and a company that offers and consults specialized solutions in telephony, to implement a customized solution that integrates between Switchvox (News - Alert) AA355 and customer relationship management (CRM).

“We are very pleased to provide this significant customized telecommunications solution to Enlace Colombia. The combination CTI (News - Alert) between Switchvox AA355 and CRM provides an added value to Enlace Colombia by helping them get a better and deeper understanding of their customer. It will enable better decision-making, sell smarter, and serve better,” Juan Carlos Castañeda, president at TelOnline said in a statement.

As a unified communications solution for medium to large-sized business, the Digium Switchvox SMB AA355 is noted to be an affordable and highly redundant, full-feature rack mountable PBX. This solution connects three E1-PRI and supports up to 400 users, up to 75 concurrent calls and 20 simultaneous call recordings. It can integrate features like call queues, call recording, conferencing, chat, video and presence, all in a single system.

Moreover, Switchvox AA355 is easy to set up and manage, says the company. It has a real-time Switchboard for every user, and can be managed through a Web interface and through smartphones like BlackBerry (News - Alert), iPhone and Android. It can be used with a company's existing SIP telephones and hardware.

TelOnline’s CRM solutions can provide Enlace Colombia with tools to easily capture and organize the caller’s information and opportunities during their call-a-thon in Enlace TBN, Enlace Juvenil and DCTV. Apart from the quality of the service that drives customer loyalty, the CRM system will allow individual customer to perceive different products and services that Enlace Colombia can offer.

TelOnline also recently signed an agreement with QueueMetrics, division of Loway (News - Alert), to distribute QueueMetrics Call Center Monitor solutions in the United States and Latin America.
