By Carolyn J Dawson, TMCnet Contributor

Watchitoo recently announced the introduction of the latest version of the StreamingPro cloud-based video collaboration platform. Designed to provide an enhanced level of audience interaction in real-time, the new version of StreamingPro will allow all size businesses and networks to quickly and easily produce interactive online programs, webinars, and live events. Watchitoo focuses on combining online video, video conferencing and collaboration into a single platform to ensure a new level of interactive experience for audiences.

In a release, Rony Zarom, founder and CEO of Watchitoo said, "StreamingPro allows anyone from small businesses and start-ups to large enterprise companies and networks to produce professional webinars, live events and interactive online programming. As we see at Streaming Media West, brands aspire to reach audiences in unique ways. We are thrilled to provide a platform that helps businesses better engage with their audiences, extend their reach and provide new revenue streams while maintaining their branding."

Developed as an embeddable video solution, StreamingPro enables audiences to get more involved in an event via a number of interactive tools including live polling, text chat, and multi- streaming video chat. The new version of StreamingPro has been designed to be highly intuitive which means both audiences and presenters will now be able to engage and view live discussion via HD video and shared content. Furthermore, the new version also comes with multiple language options and HD recording to deliver a truly interactive experience.

StreamingPro comes with a robust set of production tools which allows brands to deliver a more effective event. Presenters will be able to handle audience video feeds, encourage the audience with more engaging questions, and simultaneously draw discussions from a group of close to 25 participants.

Key capabilities of the new StreamingPro platform include - ability to support auxiliary content for on-screen and live annotations and for post-show reference which means the audience and presenters will be able to access content and documents which drive a more live event experience. The platform includes brand customizable on-screen calls-to-action through buttons and live links. Brands will now benefit from a number of customized in-event avenues that allow them to re-market to attendees at the event. Clients will also be able to customize the design and use of a brand-based video interface which will help in delivering a seamless brand experience to end users.

Furthermore, the platform allows pre-designed questions to be delivered to an audience along with results which can be downloaded so hosts will have access to current information on viewer attitude, level of engagement, and comprehension.
