By Jyothi Shanbhag, TMCnet Contributor

RCH, a company providing teams of trained professionals for residential and commercial sales targets and field service, has recently forged a new partnership agreement with MSI (News - Alert), a company that develops enterprise, scheduling and mobile software.

This new partnership allows cable operators and contractor customers of RCH to make use of MSI software to effectively deliver field services to their customers, as well as streamline management of field operations. MSI Data is currently in use with many cable contractors and operators, helping them improve the bottom line by better managing tap audit, qc inspection, sales, collections and other field-driven business processes.

In addition, the collections division of RCH has also adapted MSI’s Collections Pro Mobile App in order to automate cable field data collection processes nationwide. This app promises to enhance cable technician productivity by substituting manual systems in the field and office.

This native mobile app works in connected or disconnected environments, enabling RCH technician to automate field data collection processes through both mobile data collection and automated synchronization, with Collections Pro routing and field management in the home office.

“RCH provides our cable operator clients with high quality customer interactions and expertly trained personnel,” said Robert Caverly, RCH National SVP of Collections. “Our partnership with MSI will further equip RCH field staff with mobile tools to deliver efficient, consistent service to our client’s subscribers.”

Also, Collections Pro comes with rich features for handling the entire cable field collections business process, together with equipment recovery, disconnects, payments and more.

Harvey Shovers, MSI Data President, said that the cable operators turn to RCH for their proven field force expertise in effectively servicing their valued customers.

“MSI is excited to help RCH put cutting edge mobile technology in the hands of their field workforce. Our Collections Pro app will drive productivity, consistency and business intelligence gains for RCH’s mobile broadband technicians and management staff alike,” Shovers added.

Whether deployed in the cloud or on-premise, MSI software applications are easy to acquire, easy to deploy and offer enterprises a rapid return on investment.
