Bright House Partners with Rosen Hotels & Resorts

Bright House Networks Enterprise Solutions, an owner and operator of cable systems in the U.S., recently announced that it will provide Metro Ethernet connectivity among three convention hotels and four leisure hotels of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, an Orlando-based hospitality group. Apart from providing 1Gbps Internet connections to all hotels, Bright House will provide 10 GB Metro Ethernet circuits to convention hotels and 1 GB Metro Ethernet circuits to the leisure properties, respectively.

"Rosen Hotels is one of Orlando's most progressive hospitality companies, and we are pleased to partner with them to provide advanced networking and video solutions for their properties," said Craig Cowden, chief network officer and senior vice president of Enterprise Solutions, Bright House Networks, in a recent press release. "Our solutions will allow all of their guests to stay connected and enjoy a 'just like home' experience while visiting the Orlando area."

Bright House Networks serves approximately 2.5 million customers that subscribe to one or more of its video, high-speed data, home security and automation and voice services. The company also offers a strong portfolio of customizable, advanced business solutions for video, voice, data, cloud-based and managed services. The company is MEF (News - Alert)-certified and also recently received the Cisco Master Service Provider Certification under the Cisco Cloud and Managed Service Program.

The company recently entered into a strategic channel partnership agreement with Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), a telecommunications and data center consulting firm and Master Agent, based in Charlotte, NC.

Officials with Bright House Networks said that as a Bright House Networks Channel Partner (News - Alert), CNSG's large network of sub-agents and partners will now be able to offer the company's robust voice, Internet, and advanced managed services. Company officials said that the new Channel Partner program has been created by the company to offer some of the best support for channel partners in the industry, and the company is committed to its continued growth.
