In an effort to help its digital customers beat the worry relating to hurricane-devastation, entertainment company Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable announced that it is bringing a vast array of movies and shows on Time Warner Cable ON Demand. The company advised its digital customers, that it will be the perfect way to beat the monotony of staying indoors as hurricane Irene passes through the east coast.

The selection of the movies includes such blockbusters as Something Borrowed, No Strings Attached and The Hangover.

In addition, there will be a bagful of chartbusters in the primetime slots like CSI (News - Alert): Miami and America’s Got Talent.

In a press release, Time Warner Cable claimed that this entertainment on demand will help its customers keep themselves busy with something more exciting than playing charades and surfing The Weather Channel during the hurricane.

This grand selection of movies and shows will help turn the living rooms into entertainment heavens and help keep the storm out of mind and out of sight, the cable company claimed.

Entertainment on Demand will include such programs as Breaking Bad, Flipping Out and The Glee Project.

Primetime on Demand will offer such shows as Secret Life and America's Got Talent, in addition to CSI Miami.
