By Mini Swamy, TMCnet Contributor

Content and connectivity are essential ingredients for a complete entertainment experience, and Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable is re-launching its premier and exclusive SignatureHome residential offering that seamlessly integrates home and technology.

Rolling out a unique ad campaign to promote this offering, Time Warner's new TV spots illustrate how Time Warner Cable has built a unique experience that claims to reflect the SignatureHome customer's discerning tastes and lifestyle.

In a press release, Jeffrey Hirsch, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Residential Services at Time Warner Cable stated that he was satisfied about the look and feel of the campaign.

Highlighting the unique nature of the campaign he said, “This advertising campaign is fundamentally different from anything we've done in the past and we are confident that it will resonate well with the potential SignatureHome customer.”

The TV spots, which are scheduled to start airing across all Time Warner Cable's markets, portray the best entertainment and communications technology bundled with unparalleled customer service.

Time Warner Cable's SignatureHome is touted to be the company's most robust digital cable package, digital home phone product with the fastest Internet Service. It offers Wireless Home Networking for up to 14 devices, a whole house DVR complete with a remote DVR manager and a VoiceZone on PC that allows voice messages to be retrieved.

Notwithstanding all these features, what characterizes SignatureHome is the white-glove service that focuses on personal attention and professional expertise. Dedicated specialists, available 'around the clock' via a dedicated SignatureHome phone line or priority online chat, customize according to individual and specific needs.

Shortly, the company expects to extend its white glove service package by crossing language barriers by deploying the Spanish-language.

The TV spots can be viewed at the Time Warner website.

In other news, most Time Warner Cable Internet customers in the Fayetteville, Southern Pines and Lumberton areas are receiving faster service through a $1.5 million upgrade, the company said.
