CustomCall Data Systems announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with CCI Systems. The agreement calls on CCI Systems to introduce CustomCall (News - Alert) Data System’s products and services to the tier two and three cable operator space.

 

CustomCall is a provider of billing, OSS and business-process management solutions for communications service providers. The company’s clients include cable, Internet, wireless, CLECs, local and long distance companies, VoIP and IPTV (News - Alert) service providers.

 

Delivering full customer lifecycle management capabilities, CustomCall’s product line integrates convergent cable and telephone billing with OSS functionality, including telephone and cable service activation, truck rolls, number porting, order management and customer self-care.

 

CCI (News - Alert) Systems designs, builds and integrates communication networks. The company said it has the expertise required to deliver carrier-class, turnkey solutions for all network platforms.

 

CCI Systems said that it has introduced CustomCall’s fully integrated suite of services to its Packerland Broadband subsidiary.

 

“CustomCall brings the kind of functionality that has only been available to tier one cable operators and offers it to providers like us, at a price point that works,” said John Jamar, president and CEO at CCI Systems.

Peregrine said believes that both the companies will be able to offer a complete billing, OSS, and support system to cable operators.
