While that point would seem to be moot in light of recent rumors that the Federal Communications Commission was going to use a light hand on broadband, new reportsnow indicate that FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski (News - Alert) apparently now has decided to attempt Title II regulation of broadband access services after all.
