Bluelounge, a provider of home and office organization products, has announced a new multi-purpose cable storage and management clip, called 'CableClip', tailored for tech savvy consumers.

Featuring a forward design aesthetic, the company's new offering has a simple one-part design that consists of a soft plastic squared figure eight to neatly wrap universal power supply cords, leads, telephone wires when in partial use, or for storage, or for commuting when not in use. It is designed to create a clutter-free environment, says Bluelounge.

According to a press release, the CableClip is available in multi-color packs and in three standard sizes at retailers around the globe and online at the Bluelounge store.

Ideal for the home or office, design, university, hospitality, and consumer electronics accessories market, the CableClip is able to store cables of laptop and personal computer as well as surplus phone wires and power supply cords conveniently in a compact bundle.

Apart from utilizing as storage, the CableClip can be used to shorten or lengthen cords by partially extending them for use.

Available at MSRP is $9.95 USD, the CableClip is available in pre-packaged quantities and in the different sizes such as - small, which is ideal for short or thin cords such as earbud cords, small data cables and charger cords; medium, which is ideal for shortening or storing USB & data cords, small power cords, audio cords and phone cables; and large, which is ideal for shortening or storing thick or long power cords and Ethernet network cables.

The small size offering features 25 x 26 x 11 mm. The medium size offering measures 39 x 36 x 16 mm, and the large offering measures 61 x 51 x 29 mm.

In addition, the CableClip is available in a variety of colors as well such as green, dark grey, orange and light grey.

'The CableClip was created with the sole focus of design and utility to empower users to create a sleek and clutter free environment,' said Dominic Symons, principal and designer of Bluelounge. 'We live in a wired society where everyone is connected to their iPods or their mobile phones and laptops, and dangling and unruly wires are the common problem. The CableClip solves this problem with an elegant simple design allowing users to create a sleek efficient environment whether at home, in the office, in a dorm room, or on the road; a perfect complement for today's digital design forward lifestyle.'

The products of Bluelounge are distributed through more than 100 U.S. locations and 17 international distributors, promotional agents and licensees. Some of the company's other products include CableBox, StudioDesk, and The Sanctuary.
