Time Warner Cable, MLB Offer Interactive Experience to Baseball Fans

Time Warner Cable brings Major League Baseball fans a one-of-a-kind experience through their Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable Sports booth at the MLB All-Star FanFest.
The MLB All-Star FanFest organized at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California will provide a unique interactive experience for every baseball fan in Anaheim. The event will run from July 9 to July 13, and offers attendees a complete High Definition experience.
Fans can opt for one of the three ways to experience this event; Step Thru the Screen with Time Warner Cable Sports experience, The Broadcast Experience and the HD in the Living Room experience.
The event has been organized in partnership FOX Regional Sports Networks which will provide Spanish language event coverage from Dodgers broadcaster, Manny Mota.
The MLB All-Star FanFest is slated to be a gala event providing baseball fans 5 full days of exciting exhibits, access to MLB players, memorabilia, and an opportunity to enter a Clash of the Titans HD Movies on Demand sweepstakes.
The event will give away a 3D TV in an exciting contest open to any MBA fan. First prize and second prize winners will receive a Blue Ray DVD player and an iPod Nano, respectively.
Marissa Freeman, senior vice president, Marketing Communications for Time Warner Cable said that whether through TV, online, or On Demand, their focus has always been on fueling customers' passion for sports. Freeman added that at the MLB FanFest the fans will get a unique chance to experience some of the best baseball action.
TMCnet recently reported that Level 3 was selected by MLB.com to provide high speed IP and support its media archive.
