By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) Partner Program now has new members: Telarus, X4 Communications, Business Communications Management (BCM) and Outreach Technology.

Four of the nation's top Master Agents have joined this initiative, and this addition has further strengthened the company’s position as one the cable industry's largest indirect sales channel programs in the business services space.

These new partners are now offering TWCBC's suite of advanced business communications products and services to the thousands of business customers and prospects that they serve.

According to a release, the TWCBC Partner Program has alliances with many of the nation's premier Master Agencies. This initiative enables telecom sales partners to sell the company's advanced communications solutions while also gaining access to online tools and world-class marketing support.

TWCBC claims that its services are competitively priced and can support the needs of businesses of all sizes.

The TWCBC Partner Program will also help telecom sales agents as it provides them with attractive compensation and a broad-based package of program benefits.

Few benefits include: online order management, pre and post-sale support, field sales support, online training, automated commissions, and extensive marketing materials.

"We believe our Partner Program is among the best in the industry, and adding these four leading Master Agents brings added credibility to our program," said Jim Delis, vice president of National Sales, Time Warner (News - Alert) Cable Business Class. "This further expands our distribution channel, as thousands more companies will have access to our robust portfolio of competitively-priced IP-based data and voice communications solutions."
