Public relations and marketing communications agency, 202 Communications announced that it has been retained by NVerzion, a global provider of flexible digital broadcasting and television station automation solutions.

202 Communications, which specializes in cable, telecommunications, and related industries will provide public relations services and work towards establishing and maintaining the NVerzion brand in the professional trade media for the broadcasting industry.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and operating for over 20 years, NVerzion has been providing cutting-edge tools to make digital broadcasting and television station automation more efficient and cost effective. NVerzion counts as clients, companies like West Virginia Media Group, the KSL Broadcast Group and the Southern Illinois University PBS station.

President and CEO of NVerzion, Scott Murphy said, "Over the last 20 years, we have built a worldwide reputation for providing broadcasters with the latest technologies designed to increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and improve broadcast quality in fully-integrated digital environments."

"Increasing our exposure in the market is essential as we continue to expand our customer base and technology partner portfolio. With its deep understanding of the broadcast market, 202 Communications will be instrumental in helping us achieve this goal," he continued.

With its deep domain expertise in the communications arena and long standing relationships in the market, 202 Communications will work towards ensuring that their client gains exposure in industry-specific media. The company specializes in supporting small to medium-sized technology suppliers to the telecommunications, satellite, and cable markets — industries faced with historic media convergence and enormous consumer demand for additional services.

In December 2010, 202 Communications was selected by Visionary Solutions for media relations and marketing communications. The company also announced last April that it had signed an agreement with Cyber International Technology Corp., to provide media relations and marketing communications services for the broadband applications development company.
