Wilde Launches Cable Network for American Latinos

By Carolyn J Dawson, TMCnet Contributor

An exclusive new national cable television network has been made available online at WildeMediaTV.com by Wilde Media Network, giving the American Latino community a reason to celebrate. By 2013, the network is also expected to be available on television in major media markets. Wilde is already in discussion stages with major distribution partners for the launch of its network on cable.

In a release, Emilia Andrews, CEO and founder of Wilde Media Network said, “Latinos are the fastest growing segment of the U.S. population, yet when you turn on the television, there is a lack of quality programming all in one place that speaks to this audience. Being Hispanic in America today means more than speaking Spanish, and Wilde has created programming that celebrates this culture in a way that resonates with today's Hispanic American population.”

Entertainment and information programs in English, especially for American Latinos from the ages of 18 to 49, will be broadcast by Wilde. Hispanic American culture will be celebrated through these programs, which will range from game shows and reality TV to cooking and travel shows.

Complete quality entertainment for the whole family will be provided by Wilde. On Sunday, February 5, 2012, Wilde will go online for the first time with The Georgette Miller Show. This unique program will include information on personal finance, bankruptcy, and tips on ways to avoid debts by the expert on bankruptcy law, Georgette Miller.

A majority of the programs lined up by Wilde are original, which have been shot by Beholder Productions in high-definition. Claudia Gallelli’s travel show, Hideaways; Countdown to Kickoff; and a business-focused newsmagazine program, IMPACT will be also featured online at WildeMediaTV.com.
