Recently, the company announced that YOU SCOD18, an Indian Multi System Operator (MSO), has opted for the VCAS architecture to offer revenue security for its new digital cable service. YOU SCOD18 Networking Pvt Ltd. is a joint venture between YOU Broadband and Cable India Ltd.

YOU Broadband India and cable operators in Mumbai can now make use of VCAS 3 to improve the analog-to-digital transition. This is made possible with its special ability to integrate all needed conditional access system (CAS) functionality together with the interactivity of an IP-based network through a single security solution, the company stated in a press release.

Recently, the company announced that Geir Bjørndal was appointed in the team to work with his experience, expertise and relationships in the global DVB operator marketplace.
