Cogeco Cable recently announced that it has enhanced its Business High Speed Internet (HSI) offering for subscribers in Ontario and the Quebec region. The company has introduced significant improvements to its Business High Speed Internet (HSI) packages with greater upload and download speeds and monthly transfer capacities.

In a statement, Ron Perrotta, VP Marketing and Strategic Planning at Cogeco Cable, said that, "The demand for increased capacity and speed in Business Internet services is growing quickly. Our upgraded packages better meet our customers' and prospects' needs in this respect. These upgrades, accompanied with no change in pricing and the opportunity to lock in current rates with our "Three Year Price Guarantee" illustrate our efforts to provide entrepreneurs with the most flexible internet service they can get."

Customers of Cogeco Business Solutions High Speed Internet service can select from four different packages which have been customized to address the varying needs of different businesses. The company has improved each of these packages at no additional cost to the subscriber.  

These packages include - The Business Starter package which provides an upload speed of up to 2Mbps and a monthly data usage limit of 200 GB has been improved from 640 kbps and 120 GB; the maximum download speed however, continues to be 10 Mbps.

The Business Standard package now comes with an upload speed of up to two Mbps and a monthly data usage limit of 250 GB; again the maximum download speed continues to be at 16 Mbps.

Subscribers of the Business Ultimate 30 package will be offered the new Business Ultimate 45 package which has been improved with higher download speed of up to 45 Mbps and a monthly data usage limit of 350 GB. Customers will continue to be provided with the current maximum upload speed of 2Mbps.

The new Business Ultimate 60 package has been introduced in lieu of the Ultimate 55 package and features a download speed upgrade of up to 60 Mbps as opposed to the earlier speed of 55 Mbps. The monthly data usage continues to be unlimited with the maximum upload speed of 2 Mbps.
