Grupo TV Cable Ecuador, a cable system operator based in Ecuador, and Bireme Systems LLC, an advisory and strategic planning firm, announced today an alliance that will provide wide-ranging assistance to vendors entering the Latin American market.

Both companies will offer executive and operational relationships with Cable, Wireless, Wired and DTH operators; and the pairing will provide technical guidance and a testing infrastructure to enable new and existing competitors in the Latin America market. The alliance aims to accelerate the introduction and commercialization of technology in the area, while also promoting cross-operator cooperation and technological modernization and abundant services.
