Tubestart Signs Partnership to Launch Its Platform with Fullscreen Features

By Calvin Azuri, TMCnet Contributor

Tubestart announced the signing of a partnership with Fullscreen to launch the former’s platform in conjunction with Fullscreen’s newly released “Sign In with Fullscreen.” Following the development, YouTube (News - Alert) content creators can gain access to various other revenue streams and widen audience outreach.

Josef Holm, co-founder and CEO of Tubestart, said, “YouTube receives billions of monthly visits and comprises a substantial percentage of web traffic. Yet, the current ad-based monetization model is not serving content creators or their fans to the fullest potential. We're honored that Tubestart has been selected by the largest independent multichannel network provider to be a part of its mission to better serve YouTube content creators. This is not only a wonderful partnership between Fullscreen and Tubestart, but it's also a great opportunity for our crowdfunding platform to continue to demonstrate its unique ability to serve the fans, followers and funding needs of the digital video marketplace.”

Fullscreen’s “Sign In with Fullscreen” features some of the best third-party apps and services, which will enable users to drastically enhance the quality of the content and also build new options to generate revenues. Tubestart allows content creators to tap niche audiences and enables them to raise money via funding models such as fixed and flexible campaigns and subscriptions.

Tubestart, launched in August 2013, is the first and currently the only crowdfunding platform available for You Tube content creators. The company’s advanced platform allows content creators to generate revenues from content and create various funding campaigns by leveraging the existing fan base as well as by creating new fans.

Fullscreen is the largest network of independent content creators for You Tube from across the world. The company’s network includes popular names such as Cartoon Network and NBC Universal (News - Alert) amongst others.
