Domark International Inc. has completed the acquisition of Javaco Inc. in a share exchange agreement. As per this agreement, Javaco Inc. has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Domark. Domark is engaged in acquiring and managing majority-owned public entities and privately-owned companies across diverse industries.

R. Thomas Kidd, CEO, Domark International Inc., said, “I am extremely pleased that Javaco, Inc. has become a valuable member of the Domark family of companies, and I look forward to working with Judith Vazquez in growing Javaco’s footprint internationally as well as domestically in the coming years.”

The revenues of Javaco Inc. for 2007 were $5.9 million with a net income of $229,000. This was a straight 33.95 percent increase in revenue and 207 percent increase in net income from the year 2006, when revenues were $4.4 million with a net income of $74,500. According to Judith Vazquez, president of Javaco Inc., “I think this is a great opportunity for Javaco to grow and expand in the evolving market of cable TV and telecommunications. We look forward to larger opportunities and more agility as a result of our inclusion in Domark International.”

Javaco Inc. was formerly known as JAVA Company. The company opened business in 1997 as a sole proprietorship. Judith Vazquez worked in distribution sales and with RMS Electronics/Channel for several years before starting Javaco. The initial focus of JAVA Company was on the sale of used cable TV equipment, including amplifiers and converters to Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico. The company tied up with a distributor in Argentina in order to cover a larger Latin American market. The JAVA Company was their U.S. office, which provided sales expertise and North American connection with the manufacturers.

The sale, expediting, invoicing and exporting of equipment purchased from the U.S. and Canadian suppliers was coordinated by the JAVA Company. JAVACO Inc. incorporated in 2000, is a part of the Supplier Diversity Network, WBENC. At present, Javaco Inc. distributes more than 100 lines of equipment. These range from fiber-optic transmitters to RF connectors. New distribution lines such as home theater and audio video products are being added to enhance business in the U.S.
