Zcom Announces Strategic Alliance with E2 Channel

Los Angeles-based Zcom Networks, a company focused on the research, design, development, and manufacturing of wireless data solutions, announced that its subsidiary, Pam TV International, has finalized a strategic agreement to share broadcasting, content, programming and advertising with E2 Channel.
 
The deal is likely to increase the programming options to a greater extent. E2 Channel, a Washington, DC satellite TV company, is a broadcaster of news, entertainment, sports and talk shows in North America.
 
Pam TV International is a Washington, DC online provider of TV, radio, music and live streaming. Pam TV’s multimedia, interactive broadcast platform offers a multi-portal, multi-station, multi-channel Internet broadcast Web presence which includes television, radio, and music stations. A few weeks ago, both Pam TV and Zcom finalized an acquisition agreement for Zcom to acquire the majority interest in Pam TV.
 
"The telecommunications and broadcast industries are converging at a rapid pace," said Alex Parsinia, president and CEO of Zcom.
 
Zcom Networks, formerly known as Group Seven Communications, provides a series of telecommunication services, including VoIP broadband phones, domestic and international long-distance, pre-paid wireless, wholesale long-distance, toll-free numbers, and switch leasing.
