IneoQuest (News - Alert) Technologies has joined the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) as a provider for the association’s members. IneoQuest has stated that they will be offering digital video quality and service assurance solutions to NCTC members.

 

NCTC is a not-for-profit programming and hardware purchasing cooperative serving more than 1100 cable operators throughout the United States.

NCTC has said that their member companies now have the required tools for true end-to-end video quality monitoring and troubleshooting in addition to industry leading professional services support to ensure that the technical staff is fully prepared to take on the challenges of video over IP deployments.

 

According to company officials, IneoQuest will help the NCTC members evade network failures that will be resulting in the increased use of video services and technologies like VOD servers, next generation encoders, high-bandwidth routers, switches, etc.
