CommScope Expands Distribution Agreement with Wesco across Canada

CommScope Enterprise Solutions reportedly has accredited Wesco Distribution Canada LP as an authorized distributor of its Enterprise Solutions throughout Canada.
 
CommScope Enterprise Solutions offers network infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers, regardless of size, industry or IT budget.
 
Under the new agreement, Wesco will provide both the SYSTIMAX and Uniprise product portfolios and related products.
 
Wesco will have access to CommScope’s expertise in structured cabling, providing customers with a high level of technical support, quality service and reliability.
 
The division’s SYSTIMAX and Uniprise product lines include voice, data, video and converged solutions such as mission-critical, high-bandwidth and emerging applications.
 
“We believe the addition of Wesco to CommScope’s authorized distribution channel will create new growth for CommScope in the Canadian structured cabling market,” said Robert Kostash, vice president of CommScope Solutions Canada, Inc. “Wesco’s strong team of data specialists and their expertise in packaging electrical and structured cabling solutions for their customers were key factors in this agreement.”
 
Through its Andrew brand, CommScope says it’s a global player in radio frequency subsystem solutions for wireless networks. Through its SYSTIMAX and Uniprise brands, CommScope is involved in network infrastructure solutions, delivering a complete end-to-end physical layer solution, including cables and connectivity, enclosures, intelligent software and network design services for business enterprise applications.
 
It is also a manufacturer of coaxial cable for broadband cable television networks and one of the leading North American providers of environmentally secure cabinets for DSL and FTTN applications.
