TOA Technologies, Cycle30 Provide End-to-End Solutions for Managing Cable Systems

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

TOA Technologies, a provider of Cloud-based mobile workforce management applications for large enterprises, declared alliance with Cycle30, a provider of hosted order-to-cash billing services for telecom, cable and utility operators in North America. Under the alliance, both companies will now provide end-to-end solutions for managing cable systems.

Cycle30 will integrate the patented platform from TOA Technologies (News - Alert) with its present billing and OSS suite. The reason for this is to boost workforce efficiency, lessen expenses and enhance customer service for potential clients.

Cycle30 has combined numerous top-tier commercial software components to develop a totally integrated end-to-end billing and OSS platform for converged providers. TOA Technologies provides the mission-critical mobile workforce management component. This calculates appointment times precisely, automates real time routing and scheduling and manages customer communications to update subscribers with the status of their appointment.

GCI (News - Alert), a telecommunications and cable provider in Alaska which Cycle30 is a subsidiary of, will be the first client to use both solutions.

Jim Dunlap, the president of Cycle30, said that that company wants to set a new customer experience standard in the billing services industry. Their alliance with TOA Technologies allows them to offer the best operational management and customer care platform available. Cycle30 can now provide a complete, order-to-cash platform that hasn't been available in the industry until now to mid-tier service providers as they seek to combine disparate operations.

TOA Technologies, being the only Cloud-based solution that helps companies control mission-critical field operations, is the only one that provides a device-and-platform-agnostic system to bring together and centralize field operations. It's proprietary, classy statistical engine, together with device-and-platform-agnostic web architecture, makes a compelling but simple management environment that is suitable for the turn-key operations platform of Cycle30.

The billing/OSS industry is the only one that has this unified TOA and Cycle30 hosted platform. All billing, ordering, provisioning, customer communication, mobile workforce management, and back-office revenue systems that is required by a converged service provider for a comprehensive order-to-cash system is in this platform.
