By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor

Provider of customer experience systems Amdocs announced that it's demonstrating its leading technologies that support the broadband, cable and satellite industries.

Company officials said that the company's demonstration at an upcoming trade event will center on how multiple system operators can leverage the richness of their subscriber data to provide applications.

These applications include "find-me" service for communication and location finding between family members, and also social networking for TV recommendations and virtual screening rooms.

Additionally, Amdocs (News - Alert) plans to host its business forum -- Amdocs Broadband, Cable and Satellite InTouch Business Forum 2010. At the forum, business leaders and executives from the broadband, cable and satellite industry can come together to understand best practices, said company officials.

In addition, they can also learn about the business and operational impacts of the connected world from other industry leaders, said company officials.

Amdocs combines business and operational support systems, service delivery platforms, proven services, and deep industry expertise to help service providers and their customers to do more in the connected world. The company claims that it's one of the largest business and operational support systems providers to the pay-TV industry and supports the major operators in the industry.

At the Management World Nice 2010, Amdocs is expected to share its insights on a variety of critical areas for service providers, including how to meet the demands of a bandwidth-hungry world, increase operational efficiencies and deliver new services quickly and at a lower cost.
