HCT signs collaboration pact with European firm(Gulf News Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Dubai: The UAE's Higher Colleges of Technology and the Centre of Excellence for Research and Training has signed a memorandum of understanding with European management consulting firm Solving International for joint collaboration on strategy and performance projects.
