The first of seven seminars will kick-off this morning in Atlanta with Michele Rowan of Contact Center Strategies as the keynote. The featured presenter, Michele Rowan formerly led Performance Management for Hilton Reservations and Customer Care and is now President and CEO of the consulting group, Customer Contact Strategies, an organization focused on At-Home implementation readiness for contact centers.
