ATEME Appoints Jacques Galloy to Its Board of Directors and as Chairman of Strategy Committee

PARIS, March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ATEME announced today the expansion of the company's board of directors with the appointment of Jacques Galloy, who will also serve as chairman of its strategy committee.

ATEME will leverage Galloy's diverse expertise in the broadcast industry as he joins its board of directors.

• Proven management and leadership skills: From 2001 to 2014, Galloy served on the EVS Broadcast (Euronext Bruxelles: EVS) management team, as a board member and as chief financial officer. During his tenure, he notably oversaw acquisitions and co-founded dcinex, an EVS subsidiary and the European leader in digital cinema. He was chairman of the board of dcinex for eight years until 2013. Under his leadership, EVS built a strong market position in solutions for live television and multiplied its turnover by four, now reaching € 131 million.
• Extensive board experience: Galloy also serves on the board at XL Video (LED display technologies), PhysIOL (medtech), X-RIS (digital radiology), RCF (radio broadcaster) and Gaudeto (consulting and investment), and is a partner at MyDimm.com (furniture e-commerce site).
• Broad financial prowess: Previously, Galloy served as a senior auditor at PwC and as chief financial officer of various RTL Group entities in Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium. He holds a degree in "Hautes Etudes Commerciales" from the University of Liege (Belgium), as well as a degree in Economics from Maastricht University (Netherlands).
