Keepixo Teams Up with Comigo to Provide End-to-End OTT Solution, Integrate Keepixo HEVC Transcoding Solutions with Comigo OTT/IPTV PlatformKeepixo, a leading provider of software-based head-end solutions for IPTV (News - Alert) and OTT, today unveiled a partnership with Comigo to provide an integrated OTT solution that consists of Comigo's TV platform and Keepixo's Genova software suite for IPTV/OTT head-ends. The combined solution represents an end-to-end platform with all the components needed to rapidly deploy an OTT service. It includes Keepixo's OTT head-end with multi-rate video transcoders as well as Comigo's TV platform and STBs on the client side. Keepixo Genova Software suite is a cloud-ready, high-performance, and broadcast-quality software suite targeted at content and service providers. It includes all the components needed to build a multiscreen video workflow for OTT and IPTV services. Genova comprises a high-density, multi-rate H.264 and HEVC live encoder, file transcoder for VOD assets, and a multi-format OTT packager. The Comigo OTT/IPTV Platform enables service providers to quickly deliver a wealth of contextual services such as data enrichment; personalization; and advanced social and viewer engagement capabilities on every screen, including TV sets, smartphones, and tablets.
